CURRENT MAKEUP MENU!

Greetings!

Lately, I have created a perfect makeup menu for myself which includes all products that I have been loving these past few months and cannot stop using. I am always switching things around, but these have been the ones I have reached out for the most recently. I share one product with you for each function which completes the menu.
Foundation: Maybelline Dream Cushion Foundation: This product is a brand new release and something I wanted to try for a while. I have heard so much about cushion foundations but never really thought they would be for me until I bought the Maybelline Dream Cushion Foundation. In the past, I tried one or two which were not my favorite. If you want glowy healthy looking skin, this will give it to you! It is dewy, without looking oily and super lightweight. I don't know how the cushion is able to provide such a flawless look. The only downside I would say to this is the amount of product you get in the cushion. The whole concept of the cushion compact foundation is Korean where the product is poured in the cushion in a compact providing a sheer natural yet healthy looking coverage. If you are someone who likes a natural look for the day time you will like this.

Concealer: Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer: I have been using this concealer for a while now and I don't think I will be trying any new ones for a while. I wasn't sure how this would perform at first but I think this is the BEST concealer I have ever used. It lasts all day and is has an extremely weightless formula! For those bad under eye circles or just to highlight under the eyes, this is perfect. This is my ultimate concealer and I highly recommend it!

Bronzer: Too Faced Chocolate Soliel Bronzer: After hearing everyone and their mother talk about the Too Faced Bronzer, I had to get it and I am a big fan now! I love Too Faced cosmetics. They have the cutest packaging and their products always pass my expectations. If you have a similar light to medium skin tone like me, this will be great for you. The coloring on this is perfect. A lot of bronzers can look orangey, but this one is the perfect brown. It also smells like chocolate which is always a plus!

Blush: Show Me Your Cheeks by Elizabeth Mott: I don't get very blown away by blushes. I just want something that will give me a pretty flush of color and lasts long. For blush, I have been trying this sample that I got in one of my Ipsy Bags. This blush is gorgeous with a pinky tone and some shimmer to it. The color and look that it gives is very flattering. It is a versatile color that will work for everyone. Very pigmented and lasts long too!

Eyeshadow: Lorac Pro Palette: This is a holy grail palette for many people which is why I went ahead and purchased it. If I am wearing eyeshadow, this is the palette I reach for. It has all the colors you need for creating any look. Smokey, natural or a matte one, I love this palette for everything. It has a top row of matte shades and the bottom one is all shimmer shades. I do find these to be very buttery so I always recommend using a base or primer before you apply them to the eyelid. If you want to buy one palette with a neutral color scheme, get your hands on this one.

Mascara: Better Than Sex Mascara: Even though I find them name hilarious, this is the only mascara I have ever tried that will give you something close to wearing fake lashes. It works people! I love false lashes but can't wear them every day which is why I love using this stuff. It's very black and the thick wand gives a ton of volume to the lashes. The brush is thick but its specific design helps the product to go on easily. It can clump if you use too much so be careful on how you apply it!

Highlighter: Luna Calypso Highlighter: Something different for me is this baked highlighter from Luna, Calypso that I got in my Ipsy bag. The shade is quite unique with a mix of both cool and warm undertones which will work perfectly for every skin tone. It has a silvery purpley tone that just brightens the cheekbones and makes you look awake! I am loving it, especially for dramatic makeup looks.

Lipstick: Kylie Lip Kit in Candy K: I know I never understood the craze of the Kylie Lip Kits either(even though I bought a few), but since I got the color Candy K, I haven't used anything else. It just works the best for me! It is the perfect everyday pinky nude color and lasts the longest. If you don't like liquid lipsticks, this isn't for you. They can be drying but I always recommend using a lip balm before and then applying the liquid lipstick. I like some other shades from her line too but this one is the most loved and used.

I am using a lot more stuff but for this post, I wanted to stick to the basics that have been working so well! I hope these recommendations help you and let me know if these are some of your favorites too!

Until next time..

Miss Singh
